Quiet Mode helps you protect a few intentional minutes of stillness each day by gently limiting access to distracting apps during a meditation window you choose.
It’s not about discipline or productivity. It’s about giving your nervous system a chance to arrive.
What it’s for- Creating a daily pause for meditation or quiet reflection
- Reducing compulsive phone-checking during intentional moments
- Building consistency without guilt or streak pressure
- Choose a short meditation window (e.g. 5–20 minutes)
- Selected apps become temporarily inaccessible
- The phone becomes quieter, not locked down
